Amazing service and amazing cuts! Just stopped in today to see if they could fit me in as a walk in. I was way over due for a cut and got lucky as they had an opening. Heather did an amazing job and knocked it out of the park. 5 Stars as the everything from the vibe of the team working, the set up of the shop, and, ultimately, the service was top notch!
Kalea is amazing with men's hair. First appointment, gave her hardly any direction on what to do, and she did an amazing job. Best cut I've had in a long time. Definitely will be going to her from now on.
Kalea is what I call a "unicorn" a stylist that is fantastic at both cut and color and I have only found 3 in the 40 years I have been going to salons. I absolutely love my hair and will definitely be going back! The shop has a great vibe and a great view.

I am still stunned (in a good way) at how incredible my hair looks! I have had some really horrific cuts in my time so I know a bit of what I speak. Haley was amazing, she listened to me and was empathetic. She has a calm and soothing energy. She understands the science behind what she doing. I thought my most of my curls had disappeared with age but wow!!! She cut and styled my hair and brought it back to life! I came home and cried. My hair hasn't looked or felt this good in 30 years. My second time there. Owner was very friendly and accommodating and she does fantastic work. I’m a simpleton with simple needs for hair styles. And she knew exactly what to do for me. So whatever style you need, ship shape is the place to go.
Absolutely excellent service. Great haircut and beard shaping. Worked with me the entire time to get what worked best for my wants, as well as what worked best with my face/head. Ship Shape is going to be my regular shop for however long I am living here. Highly recommend.
We always have a good experience here. Kalea has been doing my daughter's hair for a few years and we're so glad we followed her to Ship Shape. She's amazing. My son has autism and everyone has been wonderful and patient with his haircuts. Great place!
